What has happened to my mail rewards? ›

Mail Rewards will supersede MyMail from December 2023 – and will be bigger and better. Enter your Unique Number from the back page of the newspaper every day and experience the benefits. You can Spin the Wheel to collect tickets to enter our Prize Draws.

Simply enter the 12-digit Unique Number printed at the bottom of the back page of every copy of the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday. Every time you enter your Unique Number at mailplus.co.uk/rewards and spin the wheel, you'll collect tickets.

Every newsletter has an "unsubscribe" link present at the bottom of every mail they send.

To confirm the issue, your daily mail rewards app is not working. If you have not done yet, please power off / restart your phone first and check. If that does not work, tap and hold on the rewards app and then uninstall / delete it for now. Then reinstall it in Play Store or App Store and check.

However, our partnership with Nectar will close at the end 2023. As a result of this difficult decision, from Thursday, September 14, you will no longer collect any Nectar points each time you enter your Unique Number and Spin the Golden Wheel. Instead, you will collect Raffle Tickets to enter our Monthly Raffles.

Nectar Donate allows you to give your points to charities using Crowdfunder. The points are worth the same as usual, so 1000 points will be a £5 donation. There's a minimum of 200 points, and it must be in multiples of 200.

Do Nectar points ever expire? There's no automatic expiry date for Nectar points. But if you don't collect or spend any points for a year, we assume you no longer want to take part in the Nectar programme and close your account. How many points do I collect for each £1 spent online?

The app is free to download but to enjoy the full experience with all of our amazing features, you must subscribe. A Mail+ Editions subscription is just £12.99 a month – that's less than half the price of the printed Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday newspapers.

First, make sure you have registered your card online via nectar.com or the Nectar App. Then log into your account and check your card activity in the Activity tab. If the issue is unresolved, use Nectar helpline live chat at nectar.com or phone 0344 811 0811.

Most of the time your messages can be found within the Spam or Trash folder. Or you may have filters set up that automatically move messages to different folders. There are some other reasons your emails go missing depending on your mail service provider.
