Why this recipe works

How to make this recipe

Party Pinwheel Appetizers | Pinwheel Recipes- Butter Your Biscuit (2)

Step 1 Mix all the ingredients into a bowl until combined.

Step 2 Lay the soft tortillas flat and spread the filling out evenly.

Step 3 Roll up the flour tortillas and wrap them in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 4 Cut into slices about 1 inch thick

Recipe tips

Tortillas- You can use flavored flour tortillas like a garden herb or sun-dried tomato tortillas. Even the love carb tortillas work great for these, they just tend to be smaller.

Slicing- It helps to use a serrated knife to slice them, making sure you don't slice them too thin.

Cheese- Feel free to swap out for different types of cheeses. Cheddar, Jack, Colby, and my favorite Pepper jack are all good choices.
