Our Soft Play area is a three storey high adventure! Kids can play with and explore the blocks, toys, slides and spinning wheels, while conveniently located right next to our café.
Watch your little ninjas play while relaxing with a coffee or join in and play with your toddlers.
Just £3 for those aged 0-1 years and £6 for 2-10 year olds.
Please note:Soft Play is unmanned, so parents are responsible for ensuring that their children are following the rules and playing safely.

Supervision: Soft Play is unmanned, so adults (18+) are responsible for ensuring that their children are following the rules and playing safely.
Soft Play is open to for kids aged 0–10 years, who measure less than 135cm.
The Puppy Play Pen area is only for those aged 0-1 and adults (18+)
There is no Early Bird discount for this session.
- Parking: is ONLY free if you input your registration number into the tablets at reception*
- Getting here: we are 5mins from Temple Meads, we have 50 parking spaces and Bicycle parking too.Click herefor more info.

*During School Holidays, our weekday opening times are 09:15am-5pm.
- What to wear: we recommend long sleeves and leggings / tracksuit trousers. But whatever you would wear to a gym class should be fine. Please be aware, external temperatures influence the temperatures inside the centre; if it’s cold outside we may be cold inside and layers are recommended.
- Lockers: we have cage lockers that requires a padlock (padlocks can be purchased on site). However we do not take responsibility for your valuables. Please note: our coded lockers are being refurbished and are not available at this time.
- Café: we have a great café serving hot and cold food and drinks.
- Disabled access: there is “step-free” access to the reception and ground floor. We have a wheelchair lift to the trampoline court area. The main café does not have wheelchair access, however we can bring wheelchair users café products to the trampoline court or ground floor. There is also a small café area in the attached bouldering wall (Flashpoint Bristol) on the ground floor which is not normally open to Freedog customers but exceptions can be made for wheelchair users.
